We believe you will be completely satisfied with your purchases. However If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied and happy with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund up to 365 Days from the purchase date with no special catches or exceptions, in other words we have 1 full year Return policy.
We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not worry about returns. Simply send the items back to us in the original packaging with the merchandise in the same condition that youreeived it, enclose your name and contact phone number and inform us by email.
We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.).

We ship worldwide from Israel to virtually any address in the world (to the verified paypal address). Orders will typically ship within 2-5 business days of your purchase.
Products we sell that weight over 2Kg. (4.5 pound) or products that costs over 100 USD will be shipped by expedited carrier. Other products will be sent in International registered mail. shipping may take up to 21 business days. Buyers with in Israel will need to add 17% VAT.
